30 Days of Collage

Hi y’all! Happy fall! Though it’s a wee bit warm down here in the deep South. I’m hoping for a cold snap for the holidays so I can wear my sweater and boots! They get lonely sitting in the closet for months and months and months… they need the chance to see some sunshine from time to time : ) I know, I know, you snow birds wish you could shed your boots for flip flops like we hot tamales wanna wear boots and wool mittens!

I guess that’s what vacations are for : )

Now on to art! I am currently taking Stephanie Levy’s class 30 Days of Collage. Absolutely fabulous! She is super creative and has come up with some great collage assignments. If you want to explore collage… this is the class for you! Check it out!

Here is my first collage:  Black & White Type

Start collecting papers and stuff and make yourself a collage. It’s so freeing and fun!

Happy Creating!

I love your colorful work. You are creative, even with your writing! I love black and white, so this is one of my favorite, and the touch of red is striking.

This is my fave. Would make a rockin’ pencil skirt. You could definitely be a fabric designer.
